9. SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Le Ngoc Anh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from Thuy Loi University (2006), a Master’s in Civil Engineering (Port, Coastal & Offshore Engineering) from HCM City University of Technology (11/2014), and a PhD in Water Resources Engineering from the same university (11/2022).
Before joining COSARI in July 2023, he served as Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources & Environment (2015–2023) and earlier as an Expert at the Southern Institute of Water Resources Research & Planning (2006–2015). His main research interests lie in hydraulics, hydrology, and climate change. Through these contributions, Dr. Anh has actively engaged in national-level projects focusing on reservoir operation, sediment transport, riverbank erosion, and impacts of sand mining, bringing together water-resources modelling and climate-resilience studies in Vietnam.
